189 life path

Well, let me tell you about my 18/9 life path journey. It all started when I decided to give this whole thing a shot. I was kinda fed up with my old routine, you know? So, I took the first step and planned out what this 18/9 life path thing was gonna look like for me.

I began by setting up a schedule. I figured out which 18 hours were gonna be my active hours and which 9 were gonna be for rest. It wasn’t easy at first. I tried to stick to it, but my body was like, “What the hell are you doing?”

During those 18 active hours, I divided my time into different tasks. I spent some hours working on my side hustle, which was trying to sell some handmade stuff online. I took some time to exercise, even though I really didn’t feel like it at first. I also made sure to spend a bit of time with my friends and family.

But man, the first few days were tough. I struggled to stay awake during the long active hours. I drank a lot of coffee, which made me jittery. And I kept looking at the clock, waiting for the 9 – hour rest time to come.

As the days went by, though, I started to get used to it. My body adjusted a little bit. I found that I was getting more done during those 18 hours. I managed to list more items for sale on my online store, and I even got a few orders.

During the 9 – hour rest time, I really tried to relax. I read some books, watched a few movies, and just let my mind unwind. It was like a mini – vacation every day.

After a few weeks, I noticed some changes. I felt more productive overall. I saw that my side hustle was starting to grow. And I also felt like I had a better balance between work, play, and rest.

Of course, it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. There were still days when I slipped up. I stayed up too late during the rest time or didn’t get enough done during the active hours. But I learned from those mistakes and kept going.

Overall, this 18/9 life path has been an interesting experiment. It’s not for everyone, that’s for sure. But for me, it’s been a way to shake things up and get more out of my days. If you’re thinking about trying something like this, I’d say go for it, but be prepared for a bit of a rough start!
