Alright so I woke up this morning feeling kinda blah. I’d seen my Leo horoscope pop up on the phone last night about focusing on health today – figured why not give it a shot? Here’s exactly what went down.

First thing: dragged my butt outta bed 30 minutes earlier than usual. Grabbed this ugly green smoothie stuff I’d prepped last night – spinach, banana, almond milk, the whole shebang. Chugged it while standing barefoot on the dew-wet grass. Felt ridiculous but kinda refreshing honestly.

Ended up breathing heavy but damn that sunrise was pretty.

Afternoon Adjustments

Forgot the stupid horoscope said “hydration is armor” until my 3pm headache hit. Chugged three glasses back-to-back like it was punishment. Also swapped my usual chips snack for carrots with hummus – tasted like betrayal but my guts felt better by 4.

Nighttime Wind Down

This was the weirdest part. The horoscope mentioned “digital sunset” before actual sunset. Shut off the laptop at 7 sharp. Lit this cheap lavender candle my sister gave me. Just sat there like a potato for 20 minutes staring at nothing. First five minutes were torture then… actually kinda nice?

Gonna try this health thing again tomorrow. Probably without the grass-drinking though.
